Effective September 18, 2023, Trucash Rewards will discontinue all loads to your Card.
Effective October 18, 2023, all services in connection with this Card program will be discontinued. Your account will close October 18, 2023, or on your Card’s expiration date, whichever comes first. This means that on the effective date that applies to you, your Card will no longer be usable.
If you do nothing, any unused funds remaining in the Card after the effective date will be returned to the Program Sponsor. For any other information about funds remaining on your card, please call 1-800-624-6171. You can view the Cardholder Agreement online at https://excalibur.trucash.com until March 01, 2024. The available balance remaining in the account is subject to adjustment based on refunds and/or the outcome of dispute claims.
